Detail Itinerary

• Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu(1,300m/4,264ft)Welcome to Nepal. Upon your arrival at the Trivuwan Internation Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from Uno Travel and Adventure will receive you at the airport. The person will transfer to the hotel booked for you in Kathmandu. After the check-in formalities, you will be given some time to reset and refresh. Around the afternoon you will be briefed regarding the trek, and introduced to the guide and other team members. After the meeting, you will be taken to one of the finest typical Nepali restaurants for a welcome dinner. Here along with typical Nepalese food and cultural show you can enjoy local music and ethnic dance performances. Overnight in Kathmandu
• Day 2Flight from Kathmandu to Dhangadi(109m/3,057ft) total time 1hr. 15minBreakfast at the hotel and you will be transferred to the airport to board a flight to Dhangadi. Dhangadi is the capital of the Kailali district. It takes around 1 hr 15mins to reach Dhangadi from Kathmandu. If the weather is clear, you can enjoy the very beautiful aerial view of the landscape beneath. From Dhangadi airport you will be transferred to a tourist standard hotel booked for you in Dhangadi. You will be given some time to refresh. After which we will set up to explore the attraction of Dhangadi district. After exploring this attraction the night will be spent in a standard hotel in Dhangadi.

• Day 3Drive from Dhangadi to Gokuleshwar(8hr)An 8hr drive from Dhangadi on a Mahakali Highway will take us to Gokuleshwar. Therefore we will start early. We will be transferred to a bus station to catch an early bus. Breakfast will be served on a route along the route you will also be accompanied by the beautiful view of the Himalayas, Chameliya valley, river, and small traditional settlement of people. We will reach Gokuleshwar in the afternoon. The remaining time can either be spent exploring the area or simply resting at the accommodation. The night will be spent in a very basic lodge in a Gokuleshwar.

• Day 4Drive from Gokuleshwar to Latinath(1,004m) 2hrs drive and 1hrs hike to Paribagar(1,770m/5,807ft) After breakfast and Gokuleshwar today we will first drive to Latinath for 2hrs. Latinath is the starting point of the API Base Camp Trek. The road to Latinath is along the Chameliya river and we will also pass through the biggest hydropower plant in Farwest Nepal. At Latinath our ultimate trek to the API Base Camp begins however, today we will only hike from Latinath to Paribagar. The evening can be spent exploring the village dinner and accommodation at Paribagar will be arranged at the homestay.

• Day 5Trek from Paribagar to Makarigadi(1,470m/4,822ft) 5hrsAfter breakfast at Paribagar, we set off on our journey to Makaligadi, a Traditional village mid-hill exhibition, traditional stone house, ancient agricultural terrace, and pristine land of the far west region of Nepal. After walking the trial for about 2 and a half hours we will stop for lunch at one of the tea houses. After lunch, the hiking continues along the Chameliya river to the subtropical forest and then through the subalpine-fir oak hemlock and rhododendron forest to Makarigad.
  After about 2hrs of hiking, we will reach the beautiful settlement of Makarigadi. Dinner and accommodation will be arranged in a homestay.

• Day 6Trek from Makaligadi to Siti(2,224m/7395ft) 8hrsAfter breakfast at Makarigadi, The day trekking starts with a short steep climb to the Chameliya river crossing the river we will climb to a village called Pato enjoying the spectacular view of the mountains where we have lunch finally. We will continue gently ascending steady trial till the last ridge of Pato. From there a fairly easy downward hike will take us to the beautiful settlement of Siti. After 8hrs of walking from Siti, we will reach our overnight destination. The dinner and accommodation are arranged in a homestay at Siti.

• Day 7Trek from Siti to Domal(2,950m/9,678ft) 7hrsAfter breakfast at Siti, we set up for our today's destination Domal. From Siti initially, it is a downhill walk to the village of Kayekot. It is a very beautiful village located on the bank of the Chameliya river. We will have our lunch at Kayekot. After 7hr of walking, Siti will bring us to Domal. Domal is the junction of the Chameliya and Rokap rivers. Since accommodation are not available in this place we set up camp overnight

• Day 8Trek from Domal to Dhaulo Odar to lower API Base camp(3,548m/11,640ft)After breakfast at Domal, today’s walk starts with one steep climb. After walking for about5hrs we reach an open grassland surrounded by high mountains and rhododendron forest and a few small caves. At this beautiful place, we set up camp for an overnight stay. Enjoying the luring surrounding view the night will spend in a tented camp Dhaulo Odar.

• Day 9Trek from Daulo Odar to AP Base Camp(3861m/12,667ft)Today is the most awaited day during the entire trek, Today we will reach the Base Camp of Mt. API. About 2 and a half hrs of the upward climb from Daulo Odar will take us to a big open plateau surrounded by beautiful mountains, where we view Mt. API (7,132m) accompanied by Mt. Nampa (6,929m) and mount Bobaye (6,808m). After the alluring view, we will head toward the source Chameliya river and also visit the nearby small temple built by the local people. We will have lunch and visit the holy lake Pilkadha Overhill. After visiting the lake we will now return to Daulo Odar for an overnight stay.

• Day 10Trek from Daulo Odar to Siti(2,058m/7,458ft) 6hrsBinding farewell to beautiful mountain API and the surrounding of Daulo Odar. Today after breakfast we set on our journey back to the Siti. The downhill walk will bring us to Kayekot. After having lunch at Kayekot we reach the village Siti. Along the way back to the city we will be accompanied by an agricultural terrace and beautiful Greenhills. The night will be spent in a homestay.

• Day 11Trek from Siti to Makalagadi(1,470m/4,822ft) 6hrBreakfast at the Siti and the day walk begins with a climb to the ridge above Siti. Along the way, we will also get a chance to enjoy the view of the Himalayas. We will stop at Peto for lunch and a steep downhill walk will take us to the settlement of Makaligad. The night will be spent in a Homestay in a Maklaigad.

• Day 12Trek from Makaligadi to Latinath 4hr and drive to Gokuleshwar (2hr)After breakfast at Makaligadi we will Trek to Latinath. The Trek to Latinath is less demanding and very pleasant. About 4hrs of the downhill walk will bring us to Paribagar. From there we take a bus to Gokuleshwar, After 2hr of the scenic bus ride, we will reach Gokuleshwar. From the bus station, we will transfer you to a very basic lodge at Gokuleshwar.
  Highlights of the Day; Trek to Latinath is a less demanding and pleasant, scenic bus ride.
• Day 13Drive back from Gokuleshwar to Dhangadi(109m/357ft) 9hrsToday we start early therefore we head toward the bus station to catch the bus from Dhangadi. The bus makes its way through beautiful Greenhill with terrace farm hamlets and small roadside teahouses. After about 9hrs of the scenic drive, we will reach Dhangadi where we have dinner and stay overnight. The night will be spent in a standard hotel in Dhangadi.

• Day 14Fly from Dhangadi to Kathmandu(1,300m/4,264ft) 1.15hr approximatelyAfter breakfast at Dhangadi, we will be transferred to the airport to board Kathmandu. After about 1hr and 15min of scenic flight the plane land at the airport in Kathmandu, from the airport, you will be transferred to a hotel in Kathmandu. The remaining day can be spent either staying at a hotel or strolling in the market in Kathmandu. The night will be spent in a standard hotel.

• Day 15Day - 15 DepartureToday is the last day of your trip to Nepal. Therefore, as per your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
